2 hours before airdrop, we will fetch all trustlines from XRPL and store them randomly in a 100 batch database structure.  During the airdrop, we will spin 10 Amazon EC2 batch instances that will randomly pick a batch group from our database and distribute the airdrop of $XUM 10.00.  This will guarantee a level playing field to all trustlines.

For every batch, airdrop will stop once all the trustlines received $XUM 10.00 each or the $XUM 1,000,000.00 in our distribution wallet runs out.  In case there is still remaining $XUM to the distribution wallet after airdroping $XUM 10.00 to each trustlines, the same airdrop event will be conducted the next day until all $XUM 1M are distributed.

The XUM team, with the best of our capacity and genuine intent, will perform the Airdrop and Rewards distribution process diligently.

However, with everything in technology and with the complexity of XRPL and blockchain, especially with the number of the actions that will be performed repeatedly per day for the span of about 2 years, and with thousands of trustlines, we cannot guarantee that no glitch or issue will be encountered.

Even today, at the early stage of testing the airdrop process, some wallets are unable to receive the $XUM we are sending, due to issues related to how the wallet was set up. We even tweet about these wallets so owners can take a look and ensure everything is set up correctly before the official airdrop kicks off.

Once the airdrop and rewards distribution start, we ask all trustline owners to monitor their wallets and ensure it was set up correctly and can receive tokens.

Please take note that the project is in very early phase of operation, and we are still starting to grow the team and gather the resources. The XUM team cannot guarantee that every wallet inquiry and issue can be attended to and investigated thoroughly. Especially that XRPL wallets may involve several transactions (including those not related to the XUM trustline) that may make it hard to pinpoint what exactly happened to every issue. Also, as a precaution from potential wallet owners who simply want to take advantage of the process and gain tokens with ill intent.

With this regard, the XUM team cannot guarantee that the airdrop process will be glitch-free and we cannot provide support to every wallet-related issue and resolve them, especially after the Airdrop and Rewards process have concluded.
